 Lifestyle Market at the Living + Design Show
  February 25-26, 2017

The Lifestyle Market is a farmer’s market and craft show that sells products to enhance attendees’ homes. It is a vendor show where farmers, crafters, and budding entrepreneurs can sell their locally made products directly to consumers. It’s a new addition to the 12th Annual Living + Design Show, a fundraiser for the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce. Vendors are welcome to participate in this market that is free to the public and is estimated to host over 2,200 attendees.
 
Vendors that want to the sell the following types of items will be a perfect fit for the Lifestyle Market:
  • Fruits, vegetables and other locally made produce
  • Local-made products and crafts
Vendor Fees
One-Day Vendor Fee - $50 | Two-Day Vendor Fee - $90
 
Vendor reservations will be taken on a first-come, first serve basis with reservation form. There are a limited number of booth spaces available. Booths are not confirmed until payment is received.
 
Booth spaces will be pipe and drape-less, but will consist of a six foot table, tabletop signage and two chairs. Exhibitors are allowed to bring displays that fit on the table or behind their area only. Electricity is NOT available. Final location of each exhibitor will be determined at the discretion of the Chamber upon receipt of completed reservation forms and paid reservations. Additional tables or setup needs will need to be brought by vendor.
 
Schedule for the Lifestyle Market
 
Time Activity
8 – 9 a.m. Exhibitors may move in materials and begin set up of displays. Set-up MUST by 9 a.m.
9 a.m. Show open to the public
5 p.m. Show ends. Lifestyle market vendors may break down tables.
 
Furnishings
Each space will come with one six-foot, draped table and two chairs. Please indicate on the booth reservation form if you do not require any chairs or only need one chair. If you need additional tables, chairs or would like a tent, you will need to provide those items yourself.
 
Exhibit Rules
  • Exhibits shall be tabletop only.
  • Booths must be manned at all times.
  • Placement of signs, banners or advertising materials must be within your designated booth space. No deviations allowed.
  • Vendors may sell packaged food items or produce but will need to sign a hold harmless agreement for the Sheraton.
  • Vendors will be held responsible for any damage to the building, equipment or decoration caused or occasioned by them, their employees, agents or representatives
