Carrie Kuwada Phipps HICC- Palamanui Educational Specialist will be at the Kailua-Kona Library this Friday and Saturday for a Hawaii Community College-Palamanui, University Center WH "TALK STORY" session.  I will be sharing new programs (including VET Tech), upcoming workshops and assisting applicants to Hawai'i CC for this Fall.  Application deadline is August 1st.
