Assists the Training & Devlopment Officer in developing training schedules and content for management, staff and volunteers. Assists in delivering new hire orientation program in the areas of security; CU philosophy; CU differences; in-house training and computer training programs; products and services; member services and sales skills. Evaluates organizational objectives; develops and delivers training and development programs that anticipate Credit Union needs, while preparing staff for upcoming changes.
