Job Description

Office rental company in Kailua Kona has a full-time position available on their team. For this role you will be tasked with performing data entry and serving as the office Receptionist. That means you should be able to answer multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. 

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location:
Big Island: Kailua-Kona

Pay:
$12.00 Hourly

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • High level of typing accuracy
  • Great customer service skills
  • Familiarity with MAC computers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word 
  • Able to work with a calculator by touch
  • Able to follow instructions and multi-task
