Call Center Representative I

Provides quality service by phone in assisting members with transactions and information on their accounts. Promotes Credit Union products and services in order to meet sales and service goals set by management. Customer service in a financial institution or similar industry is preferred. Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and word processing.
