HCFCU Continues Commitment to Community Education with Expanded Digital Literacy Classes

Hawaii Island, HI - Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) reaffirms its dedication to fostering community education by announcing the expansion of its partnership with Waipahu Community School for Adults to offer Digital Literacy Classes in both Kona and Hilo.

Following a positive response to their 2023 courses, HCFCU has partnered with the Waipahu Community School for Adults to offer the Digital Literacy Class once again at Kealakehe Intermediate School in Kona and a new location at Waiakea High School in Hilo. These classes aim to equip participants with essential digital skills, providing tools and knowledge crucial for navigating today's digital landscape.

The details for the upcoming classes are as follows:
Digital Literacy Class at Kealakehe Intermediate School:
 Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays
 Time: 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
 Dates: January 23 to March 5, 2024
 In-person registration: Kealakehe Intermediate School Room F2
Digital Literacy Class at Waiakea High School:
 Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays
 Time: 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
 Dates: January 22 to March 6, 2024
 In-person registration: Waiakea High School Room P27
 
Registration for these classes may be completed online at www.wcsahawaii.org. Reimbursement for class fees is possible through HCFCU. Space for these classes is limited, and early registration is encouraged to secure a spot.
