Welcome to New Chamber Member Kona Glee Club
Kona's completely new, innovative Glee Club! Combines singing Pop and R&B music in harmony with choreographed dance moves to produce an unforgettable experience for participants and audience. Rehearsals begin August 6th, 2025.
"The Kona Glee Club is a Nonprofit 501c3 (EIN 33-3268351) founded by Ilene Cohen Harrington in 2025. After she launched the Kona Aloha Singers, she began to think that even though the singing sounded beautiful, it needed movement to compliment the beautiful four-part harmony.
At the Kona Glee Club, we will learn choreographed moves while singing Pop and R & B music in harmony through four-part voice sections: Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass. We are so excited to bring this singing and dance concept to our community and we look forward to a bright future for the club, our members and audience by providing more music and dance opportunities to high school students and adults in Kailua-Kona!"
