The Queen’s Health System names new President for Queen’s North Hawai‘i Community Hospital

THE QUEEN’S HEALTH SYSTEM NAMES STEPHANY VAIOLETI AS PRESIDENT OF QUEEN’S NORTH HAWAI‘I COMMUNITY HOSPITAL

HONOLULU – The Queen’s Health System (Queen’s) has named Stephany Vaioleti as President of Queen’s North Hawai‘i Community Hospital on Hawai‘i Island.

Vaioleti will serve as a member of Queen’s Senior Leadership Team and manage day-to-day operations of the hospital.

Before joining Queen’s, Vaioleti served as Deputy Director for the non-profit Holomua Collective. Prior to that, she was the Community Engagement Navigator at Hawai‘i Energy, focusing on energy efficiency and equity. She also held the positions of Senior Vice President at HMSA and Chief Executive Officer at Kahuku Medical Center.


Vaioleti brings a wealth of experience to Queen’s North Hawai‘i Community Hospital. She is a seasoned Critical Access Hospital CEO with enriched knowledge in health, energy and stakeholder engagement, always striving for deeper impacts through bridge-building and partnerships. Focusing on improving the health and well-being of Native Hawaiians and all the people of Hawai‘i is a priority for Vaioleti whether it be at a clinic, hospital, or community setting.

Vaioleti earned a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, and Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law.
