Job Description

Under the supervision of the ACH/EFT Coordinator, performs clerical duties involving electronic funds transfer (EFT) and automated clearing house (ACH) functions in a timely and accurate manner that provides members with quality service. Processes and balances daily postings of direct deposit and allotments, verifies the accuracy of postings and resolves any discrepancies. Enters all rejections, stop payments, unauthorized transactions, posts overdraft notices. Handles incoming and outgoing wire transfers; submits all payroll, enters all changes and updates. Reconciles account in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
