Job Description
Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union is looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates for our Branch Support Coordinator positions.
 
The Branch Support Coordinator performs all in-branch back-office duties in support of branch personnel. Serves as the branch liaison to various administrative departments including Support Services, Accounting, ACH/EFT, Share Draft, Compliance, VISA, and others. Performs daily audits for all new member account transactions. Provides operational duties support to frontline staff and may also serves in a member-facing capacity as a backup to Teller Clerks or Member Relationship Specialists to complete account services for members. On an on-going basis, review laws and regulations that impact the Credit Union’s compliance requirements with emphasis on Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Currency Transaction Report (CTR) and OFAC. Candidates should be at a minimum a high school graduate and have (2) years of experience in a financial institution as a teller or new accounts representative.
