Job Description
Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union is looking for a customer service-oriented candidate to fill our open Call Center Representative position at the Kaloko branch in Kona.

Representatives provide quality service by phone. Assist members with transactions and questions about information on their accounts. Use online digital platform for online banking, use Visa Program for Debit/Credit card assistance. Representatives have a full understanding of account history, differentiating between ACH, debit, credit, and checks clearance, as well as direct deposit. Proper telephone etiquette is a must - for answering calls, placing members on hold, transferring using soft transfer methods, conference calling and 3rd party calling. Ensure safeguarding of Member information by following identification and document retention policies.
