Primary Functions:
Responsible, along with other members of the Information Systems Core Team for administering the Credit Union’s core financial system and its interfaces to 3rd party systems, maintaining the core system’s job scheduling system, creating reports from the core system’s database and supporting core system users. Provides primary level II (low to medium complexity) technical support for all core application and 3rd party financial system users concerning implementation, use, and maintenance of mission critical CU software. Plan, test and work with vendors and the Information Systems Manager, Core to perform all core operating system and application upgrades. One (1) year applications development and support experience related to a credit union or other financial institution’s core application system.
