Hawaii community Federal Credit Union is looking for a building maintenance qualified candidate to fill our open Facilities Specialist position in Kona.
The Specialist provides support for the department in providing maintenance for all Credit Union locations. Responsible for coordinating the assignment of work orders or may do the work to complete proper repairs, replacements and ongoing maintenance of Credit Union facilities. This includes buildings, sidewalks, parking areas, landscaped areas, plumbing, appliances, electricity, gas, water, septic and/or sewer systems. Responsible for managing and maintaining inventory of various supplies used in the Credit Union. Works with a diverse group of external contacts as well as internal contacts at all levels of the Credit Union. Reports to the Facilities Manager and Vice President of Operations.
